Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll be doing:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across retail, corporate functions, and sales roles ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals; forecast hiring needs and prepare talent planning.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via diverse sourcing methods—social media, job portals, referrals, agencies, campus drives—targeting senior roles.
• Design employer branding initiatives to enhance Tata Croma’s appeal as an employer of choice.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to align role definitions, manage compensation discussions, and negotiate offers.
• Oversee ATS utilization—ensure accurate tracking of candidate progression, maintain recruitment dashboards, and report on metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters—set SLAs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to retail/non-IT hiring

• Demonstrated success in leading TA teams and working in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of recruitment trends, market mapping, and talent intelligence
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a structured, fast-paced retail setup is a must
• Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented approach
