Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, industry-specific events, and professional networks to build a strong talent pool. Interview and Selection : Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present top candidates to hiring managers for further consideration. Candidate Experience Management : Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear communication and timely feedback. Metrics and Reporting : Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment status and challenges. Recruitment Strategy Development : Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in the real estate and construction industries Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-8 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on real estate, construction, or a related industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job requisitions and deadlines simultaneously. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards). Ability to analyze recruitment data and adjust strategies to optimize hiring outcomes.
