What You'll Do As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role will be pivotal in identifying and attracting top- tier talent for our rapidly expanding team. You will: Sourcing & Recruitment Develop strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networks. Candidate Screening Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Interview Coordination Manage scheduling, feedback, and hiring decisions. Talent Pipeline Build and maintain a strong candidate pool. Employer Branding Enhances candidate experience and boosts company visibility. What You Need Experience 2+ years in recruitment (Sales hiring is a plus). Skills Strong sourcing, talent acquisition, and ATS platform expertise. Communication Excellent English and stakeholder management. Adaptability Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
