Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates. Creating and posting engaging job descriptions. Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conducting phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience. Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability. Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiating salary and benefits packages with candidates. Ensuring that offers are competitive and attractive. Managing the offer acceptance process.
