Role & responsibilities Oversee full-time, part-time and internship recruitment plans and strategies Lead and coordinate the recruitment team to ensure efficient recruitment processes and meet hiring goals source and expand talent pipelines, actively seek suitable candidates and establish long term recruitment channels. Analyze and report recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency participate in HR planning and support departments in forecasting workforce needs and implementing hiring plans. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, psychology or related fields At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with management experience preferred Familiarity with various recruitment tools and interview techniques, with strong market analysis capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation and collaborate efficiently with different departments. Proficiency in English is a plus, with the ability to communicate with international talent
