Job Description

We are seeking experienced recruiters who thrive in an individual contributor (IC) role and can take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment . You will be responsible for managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding , ensuring seamless talent acquisition for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor hiring strategies accordingly. Conduct initial candidate assessments, salary negotiations, and ensure a great candidate experience. Track and manage recruitment metrics using ATS or spreadsheets for efficiency. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably in agency or consulting. Strong expertise in headhunting, Boolean search, and proactive sourcing . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
