Position Overview

IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle including
requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
.
Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific hiring needs, particularly for
SAP and other IT roles
.
Develop and execute
effective sourcing strategies
using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other relevant job portals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for
current and future technical (SAP and non-SAP)
roles.
Handle both
permanent and contractual hiring
requirements.
Stay updated on
industry trends
, market insights, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience
in
IT recruitment
, with proven expertise in
SAP hiring
.
Experience in hiring across
Application Development
,
Contractual hiring
, and
other technical domains
is a plus.
Strong ability to
source and engage passive candidates
through multiple channels.
Good understanding of
technical skill sets, IT stacks, and SAP modules
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management
skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
