Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand the specific skills and qualifications required for open IT positions. Source Candidates: Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to find potential candidates. Screen Resumes and Applications: Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct Interviews: Organize and execute interviews and assessments, coordinating with technical teams to evaluate the skillset and cultural fit of candidates. Negotiate Offers: Work with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers, ensuring that all selected candidates receive competitive and fair employment offers. Manage Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Maintain Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of all candidate interactions and ensure the recruitment database is current and accurate. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep informed about new trends and innovations in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Job Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in bulk hiring or a similar role, with a deep understanding of finance/business-related positions. With 3+ years experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of finance/business-related industry trends and job market. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software like workday Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects and drives simultaneously.
