This role requires a candidate to support our professional services division which specializes in technical recruitment. Candidates are required to work from our office in Hinjewadi, Pune. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience in technical recruitment. Main Responsibilities: Learn and develop skills in technical recruitment processes. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social networking sites, and referrals. Support in screening and evaluating candidates for technical roles. Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process. Learn negotiation techniques and support in offer facilitation. Assist in onboarding processes for new hires. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Key Skills and Qualifications (Expected to Demonstrate): Should have at least 2-3 months of Internship experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Interest in and basic understanding of the IT Recruitment industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with professionals. Basic communication and presentation skills.
