Job Summary

The Recruitment Partner is a member of the Global Capability Center s People Team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Essential Functions

  • Sourcing: Identifying sourcing strategies, creating and maintaining job postings using various channels, including job boards, vendors & professional networks to source and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening & Selection: Performing introductory phone interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, conducting assessments.
  • Offer Determining parity, negotiation, seeking approvals and rolling out the final offer.
  • Pre Onboarding validating documents, completion of pre onboarding formalities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipelining: Identify and engage with potential candidates to build a pipeline of talent for current and future job openings.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and improve results.

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
