Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (India) , who will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts, bringing in the talent that will help drive our growth. Youll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job postings, and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making offers. Your work will have a direct impact on building a team that is not only skilled but also a great cultural fit for Digilytics. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different geographies and cultures. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate an eagerness to learn and adapt to the UK and the US markets as well, and the ability to bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to the role. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles across engineering, data science, AI, product management, and more. Proactively build talent pipelines using various sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and AI-specific platforms to attract candidates with specialized skills as needed. Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand job requirements, team culture, and business needs to develop accurate job descriptions and recruiting strategies. Conduct in-depth phone screenings, technical assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates technical expertise, cultural fit, and alignment with Digilytics' values. Help position Digilytics as an employer of choice within the AI and tech community by promoting our culture, mission, and values through networking, social media, and recruiting events. Continuously optimize and streamline recruiting processes to ensure a positive candidate experience, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure we meet hiring goals. Maintain accurate candidate records and track key recruitment metrics to report on progress, success, and areas for improvement. Undertake other activities as guided by leadership. Expected and Desired Skills Experience of working in a multinational organization/ startup and collaborate with different stakeholders 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or AI-focused company, with a proven track record of recruiting technical talents. Strong understanding of AI and tech industry trends, roles, and skills. Familiarity with the specific challenges of hiring for technical positions. Maintaining candidate data base and keep it updated. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly at all levels A proactive, goal-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving hiring targets and metrics. A passion for recruiting diverse talent and aligning candidates with Digilytics' core values and culture. Understanding of various hiring tools. Education Background An MBA or equivalent An undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in computers will be preferred.
