Source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, and other creative methods. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the desired qualifications and job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics, providing expert guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Perform reference checks, background verifications, and other pre-employment screenings as necessary. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment tools. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools. Stay informed about market trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and competitive hiring practices. Build and nurture relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, colleges/universities, industry associations, and other talent sources. Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Desired Candidate Profile Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Technical Hiring. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and work effectively under pressure. Passion for creating and nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
