Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Hunting:

  Actively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

• Screening & Evaluation:

  Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.

• Client Coordination:

  Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and expectations.

• Interview Management:

  Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview rounds and feedback loops.

• Negotiation & Closure:

  Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Database Management:

  Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or internal trackers.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor moves.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  headhunting or talent acquisition

  (preferably in tech).
• Strong experience with

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to

  multi-task

  and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
