Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor to our HR function, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, handling niche hiring, and driving strategic talent acquisition to support organizational growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 Years (Only) of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Experience working in non-IT sectors (Required), R&D firms, or the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in hiring for niche roles, including technical and specialized positions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier professionals.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
