Job Description

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with top talent. Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks. Proactively build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Offer guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services. Are you the one Identify and utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee, including onboarding. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with ATS systems Minimum 6 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist. Bachelor s degree in a related field.
