Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through headhunting techniques to fill critical roles within the organization. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry to identify potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Proven track record of success in headhunting or similar roles. Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and landscape. Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
