Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms . Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage job postings across multiple platforms and track application progress. Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking . Coordinate and schedule interviews , follow up with candidates, and manage the offer negotiation process. Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in technical hiring. Key Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/software roles preferred) Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best outcomes for both candidates and the company. Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven approach. Salary Range - Rs. 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA Per Annum Location - 100% Remote
