Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Management

Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for challenging-to-fill roles in
IT
.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards
, internal databases, employee referrals, social media platforms, and professional networking events.
Master the use of complex Boolean search operators
to efficiently uncover and target qualified candidates across various platforms and databases.
Proactively source, parse, and screen resumes
from external job portals, internal databases, and online CV libraries.

IT Sourcing Expertise

Specialized sourcing for a wide range of technical roles, including but not limited to:

Software Engineers
(Java, Python, C++, etc.)
DevOps/Cloud Engineers
(AWS, Azure, GCP)
Data Scientists/Analysts
Cybersecurity Specialists
