Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for driving end to end recruitment for middle to top management professionals ensuring seamless hiring processes and managing a team to meet business needs. This role involves extensive stakeholders' management, senior level discussion, offered negotiation and process optimization to attract top talent. Executive search, Executive selection, Recruitment and headhunting The Talent Acquisition (Senior Manager Manager) will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies for middle to top management roles. This position requires expertise in executive search, selection, recruitment, and headhunting. The role involves managing a team, ensuring seamless hiring processes, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to attract and hire top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement robust talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality professionals. Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring process. Leverage various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and headhunting, to identify top talent. Conduct executive searches and facilitate senior-level hiring through targeted recruitment efforts. Optimize the recruitment process, ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality hires. Stakeholder & Team Management: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to ensure alignment with company goals. Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and industry networks. Candidate Assessment & Negotiation: Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Lead discussions with senior-level candidates and negotiate offers to secure top talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparency and communication throughout the hiring process. Process Improvement & Market Intelligence: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with market trends, industry benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices. Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
