Evolet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives. In nutshell, managing the comprehensive Talent Acquisition Process. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, with expertise in extracting profiles from portals using candidate search and Boolean search techniques. Create job descriptions and specifications tailored to each role's requirements. Utilize sourcing strategies such as headhunting, social media sites, referrals, speculative sourcing, job portals, and personal recruiter networks. Conducting Telephonic Interviews, afterwards, First round of face-to-face interviews and arranging further final rounds of interviews with HR & Respective Department's Manager. Maintaining the score card for shortlisted candidates to finalize the best job fit aspirant. Perform reference and background checks as required telephonically and via email. Document and report the entire recruitment process, maintaining recruitment records and candidate databases. Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirements. Coordinate and generate LOI, offer letters & employment agreement for hired candidates. Handle and manage the training and development process for all employees. Conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. Handling exit process of employees effectively as per the company policies. Administering other HR functions along with the admin and HR Manager. Qualifications: Must be post-graduate in MBA-HR Specialization 1-3 years of experience in recruitment functions for any corporate setting. Strong negotiation & convincing skills. Experience in Excel is a must, with fair knowledge in operating other Microsoft Office Suite applications. Good exposure to good hiring processes Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working within stringent deadlines. Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
