Your Role To become a bridge between Stakeholders and Talent Acquisition Team. You shall be a part and responsible in Recruiting at Global IT Hub, India in order to achieve fulfil the targets and reduce lead-time. You shall be supporting HR Team members for any transactional administrative activities as required. In direct support of business growth, we are looking for an additional experienced resource as IT Recruiter to join us on a permanent role of Atlas Copco India Limited. Your mission is to drive all recruitment activity for new Global IT Hub India in close collaboration with GECIA and in line with the business needs of all Business Areas and the Group. To ensure we attract the best talent to realize our growth ambitions whilst providing a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to guide and support end-to-end recruitment best practice, including onboarding. Collaborating closely with local HR colleagues to implement the most effective recruitment strategy for each role and support as necessary with system updates, advertising, active searching, agency involvement, approval chain compliance and so on will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including candidates, recruiting managers Adapt to changing priorities and workloads Work independently and seek support when necessary Communicate effectively with empathy Technical understanding of SuccessFactors will be helpful Skills and Competencies: Expertise in recruitment in IT and software industry You should know how to do right employer branding in recruitment. You should be analytical and have a data-driven mindset. Proficient in using technology and HR systems like SuccessFactors or other ERP that drives recruitment lifecycle Should have knowledge to do great negotiations Know how to prepare the HR Scorecard. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). To succeed, you will need Experience Required: Minimum three years of strong recruitment experience Experience in using various interview techniques and candidate evaluation. Proven experience in IT or software roles recruitment and selection processes. Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment. Education: An MBA or a post graduate in human resource is a preference. A graduate with strong experience can also apply. Personality Traits: Enthusiastic, and result-oriented. Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and employees. Customer-oriented and service-minded. Team player who promotes new ideas and methods.
