You’ll not just fill roles - you’ll shape the future of the company. What You’ll Own This is a strategic, builder-level role. You will: Design and execute the internal hiring roadmap across all levels (recruiters, account managers, vertical heads, client partners, etc.) Define the brand narrative for why top talent should join us (EVP creation and storytelling) Create smart filtering mechanisms = assessments, case studies, async evaluations = to reduce interview fatigue and raise quality Build high-impact job descriptions that reflect our values and ambitions = not cookie-cutter templates Partner directly with the founder to forecast talent needs and define role charters Track, measure, and optimize the hiring funnel - from application to offer to onboarding Explore alternative incentive models - performance-based, vertical ownership, profit share, etc. Own onboarding and integration journeys to ensure new hires hit the ground running This Role is Not for You If You...
