About this Opportunity Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ericsson, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position is crucial to fulfilling our talent acquisition goals by managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and managers, from drafting compelling job adverts to preparing candidates for their first day. This role requires a blend of industry understanding, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and tools efficiently. What Will You Do: Draft engaging job adverts and conduct strategic intake meetings to align on recruitment strategies. Utilize recruitment technologies like Eightfold for talent pool management, interview scheduling, and AI-driven talent matching. Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and transparent recruitment processes. Source candidates using Eightfold and LinkedIn, conduct pre-screen interviews, and build diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines. Coordinate interviews and gather structured feedback to ensure fair and consistent selection processes. Collaborate on offer packages, support in locking candidate’s acceptance, and facilitate onboarding, maintaining clear communication throughout. Ensure compliance with labour laws and GDPR and manage risk in recruitment practices. Engage in ongoing learning to stay updated with recruitment trends and innovations, encouraging team growth and adaptability. What Will You Bring: Proven experience as a full-cycle 360 recruiter in a technology company. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Expertise in data driven and digital recruitment technologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances. A bachelor's degree is advantageous. Demonstrated resilience, creativity, and ethical standards in recruitment practices. Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring processes. Capability to mentor others and contribute positively to team dynamics.
