Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and tech functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies. Own the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to continuously improve hiring metrics. Build and manage a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using diverse sourcing techniques. Represent Unacademy’s employer brand in the market; drive engagement campaigns and hiring events. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup. Proven success in hiring across business, product, operations roles. Experience working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
