About Escon Elevators:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all business functions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent (technical & non-technical).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Drive hiring for critical roles like installation managers, service engineers, design engineers, project coordinators, and support staff.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company values and role requirements.
  • Oversee campus recruitment, apprenticeship, and trainee hiring programs.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards for regular reporting to management.
  • Negotiate offers, finalize CTC structures, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with external consultants, job portals, and institutes for talent sourcing.
  • Promote Escon Elevators as an employer of choice through effective communication and branding initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, reducing time-to-hire and improving quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements in the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Min. 10 - 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or elevator industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical and field-based recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS tools, and online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
