Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across our India operations. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment strategies, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and aligning hiring practices with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the talent market, a passion for innovation in hiring, and a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Lead and coordinate Talent Acquisition activities across multiple sites in India Develop and implement innovative sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies tailored to the talent market Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the India-based Talent Acquisition teams Analyze recruitment metrics using ATS and other tools to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency Partner with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and build a proactive talent pipeline Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global TA standards Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to ensure consistency and quality Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the TA team Collaborate with global TA counterparts to align on best practices and share insights Drive feedback loops with hiring managers to ensure candidate quality and hiring satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in structuring and scaling Talent Acquisition functions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness Strong ability to identify and implement modern, data-driven recruitment practices and tools to optimize the hiring process In-depth knowledge of India-specific employment laws and compliance requirements, with the ability to manage recruitment across multiple states or regions Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals Skilled in building and maintaining executive-level relationships and influencing key stakeholders Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a passion for mentoring and developing recruitment professionals Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role Proven track record in designing and executing recruitment strategies that support business growth and workforce planning Experience in BPO or Call Center recruitment is strongly preferred Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support recruitment activities across multiple sites Prior experience leading geographically dispersed teams is a strong advantage This position is based on-site in our Mumbai location, and does not allow for remote or hybrid work Show more Show less
