Job Description

Responsibilities: Ensure assigned roles are covered with a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Engage with internal teams and new hires to expand your network and encourage employee referrals. Develop drip messaging campaigns for automated candidate reachouts. Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop a sourcing strategy for maintaining top-quality candidate pipelines. Research, source, attract, engage, and excite candidates about opportunities at Indium Software. Confirm candidate fit through skills/background assessments and interviewing. Present pre-qualified candidates with a summary to the hiring manager and track progress. Ensure that unconscious bias is removed from the selection process. Market mapping based on skill, company, domain, etc. Promote our employer brand online and offline. Maintain data integrity by ensuring all activities, engagements, and updates on candidates are properly documented in ATS.
