Website: www.assort1.co.in Position: Recruitment Manager Vertical: NON IT Sub Vertical Temp Staffing Job Location: Office based Noida At Assort, we are looking for an experienced candidate to join our growing team - ideally someone who has experience working within As a Recruitment Delivery Manager you will be responsible for team direction and leadership including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and the implementation of the overall account strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels Must have competencies: Thorough understanding of end to end recruitment process, Experience working as a Recruitment Manager role for North India added advantage if someone has experience in handling North & East India, Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends, Degree educated or equivalent is desirable, Experience working with recruitment/staffing industry is required. Good to have competencies: Positive Attitude Good Presentation Skills Knowledge of the staffing industry and recruitment process. Roles and Responsibilities: Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process Identifying opportunities for solution growth across practice streams, Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties, Supporting the Managers across India with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management, Delivering effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required, Recruiting and Inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity, Assessing Recruitment Sourcing Managers and Recruitment Administrative Managers on performance ratings, financial incentives and development requirements. Should be involved in 70% E-com recruitment 30% Non E-com recruitment. Able to achieve team targets.
