Role & responsibilities Lead Talent Advisor role We're looking for a lead tech recruiter for a Technology driven MNC in Gurugram, with 8-10 years of experience in hiring bar-raising tech talent, to directly manage senior-level Product and Engineering recruitment, oversee recruitment operations in India, and build a talent community of bar-raising tech talent. Candidate shall be responsible for managing hiring across all levels based out of Gurgaon office and working directly with senior business leaders. Responsible for stakeholder management and updating the leaders weekly/monthly on hiring progress/pipeline funnels/dashboards. Closely work with peers within people operations team and Finance team to plan for budgeted hiring and proactive hiring. Discovering and exploring new efficient, effective, and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future leadership talent needs. Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research regarding talent development or retention. Preferred candidate profile *B.E/B.Tech is mandatory* Should have hands-on experience of 8-10 years managing hiring delivery preferably from product organizations or start-ups having handled hiring of complex and niche roles. Ability to quickly draw up external acumen, map market intelligence that can influence business leaders on talent solutions. Should be a mature individual having sound communication skills and have delivered quality work within TAT and under minimal supervision. Experience in R&D, Tech Start-up, High growth companies will be preferred
