To work closely with the TA Head in planning and executing the manpower needs of Oliva Clinics on a company-wide basis to ensure the timely availability of quality manpower, thereby contributing to the enhancement of customer service excellence within Oliva and strengthening the Oliva brand in the market. Roles & Responsibilities: Spearhead one of the hiring teams at Oliva, reporting to the TA Head on trends, developments, efforts, and results from time to time. Build and maintain a database of relevant profiles for both corporate and operations roles within the industry. Complete the first-cut profile mapping for all regions by mid-year and update it monthly. Proactively suggest available A+ candidates from the relevant industry in every region. Take up employer branding initiatives to position Oliva as the preferred destination for top talent in the industry. Understand and adhere to TA policies and standard operating procedures while working closely with the TA Head to assimilate best practices and continuously improve recruitment efficiency. Interface and interact effectively with all stakeholders to hire the right candidates. Lead the team with clear direction to meet set targets. Through effective and appropriate communication, embody and represent Oliva's values to enhance brand awareness within and outside the organization. Required Candidate Profile: Post-graduation from a reputed institution, with 5 years of experience in a fast-growing environment with a clear reporting structure. Excellent communication skills with clarity of thought. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to handle complexity. Solution-focused mindset with the ability to drive stakeholders toward recruitment objectives. Proficiency in MS Office and job portals is desirable.
