Role Description: Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead Location: [Remote], Hyderabad,Bengaluru,Chennai,Pune,Noida,Gurugram Employment Type: Full-time , Part-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring strategies, attract top talent, and enhance employer branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background and experience in workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets Source, screen, and assess candidates through various hiring channels Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Oversee the use of ATS and recruitment analytics for hiring insights Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, etc.) Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with ATS and data-driven hiring strategies Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring
