Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Deputy Manager/Manager to lead and manage the recruitment process, focusing on talent acquisition strategies, campus recruitment, and other HR-related projects in the electronics industry. This role will require a proactive individual with strong recruitment expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with different HR functions to meet the growing talent demands of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, campus engagement, and HR project management. Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including entry-level to mid-management roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop strategic hiring plans. Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on KPIs to HR leadership. Oversee and ensure timely onboarding for new hires, collaborating with relevant departments for smooth transition and integration. Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process, reducing time-to-hire and enhancing the candidate experience. Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies in collaboration with colleges, universities, and technical institutes. Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, technical interviews, and Personal discussions. Build relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and faculty members to promote the company brand and attract top talent. Monitor and track the progress of campus recruitments, from initial outreach to final placement. Develop programs to engage and maintain long-term relationships with campus recruits and fresh graduates. Lead and manage various HR-related projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employer Branding Work closely with the HR team to implement and track various HR programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. Coordinate with internal teams to improve and streamline HR processes and systems. Ensure that candidates have a positive experience during all stages of the recruitment process, from application to interview feedback. Create and maintain recruitment marketing materials, including job descriptions, internal postings, and external job advertisements. Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data within the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Conduct regular follow-up with department heads to assess the quality of new hires and recruitment strategies. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in HR specialization preferred Experience: 10-17 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry. Proven experience in campus recruitment, recruitment marketing, and managing HR-related projects. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Hands-on experience in managing recruitment for diverse functional areas. Experience in driving HR initiatives and projects effectively across multiple functions. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to travel for campus recruitment events and other HR initiatives as required. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
