Track joining ratio, offer drop-outs, and hiring TAT. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of infra/construction industry hiring dynamics. Exposure to bulk/mass recruitment for project-based roles. Familiarity with labour laws and site HR operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools. Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field. Prior experience in infrastructure/EPC/construction projects is mandatory.
