Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Shipsy, you will be an integral part of our People Success team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in building a robust pipeline of top-tier talent while contributing to employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Screening: Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source qualified candidates for open positions. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Engage with potential candidates to assess their interest and fit for the role. Coordination & Communication: Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by posting job openings on relevant platforms. Assist in creating content for social media to attract and engage potential talent. Market Research: Conduct research on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices to support hiring strategies. Provide insights on competitor hiring practices and market conditions. Projects & Reporting: Contribute to short-term projects such as building talent pools for niche roles or improving recruitment processes. Prepare reports on recruitment activity and share insights with the Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Role & responsibilities
