We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to support our recruitment efforts. As a TA Intern, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to help build a strong team at Newton School. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Post job openings on various job portals and track applications. Conduct initial candidate screenings via calls or emails. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Required Qualifications & Skills: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment, hiring, and talent management. Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process.
