Experience - 5-10 yrs in Volume Hiring/ Tech Hiring/ Contingent Hiring Purpose of the Role- Explore innovative means/methods as per the staffing plan to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target for the unit/region/geography Engage in external branding, research and benchmarking, stakeholder management, ensure process compliance within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Description- Explore innovative means/methods as per the staffing plan to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target for the unit/region/geography. Partner with Unit and Delivery heads to define specific Role/ Technology/Location/Functional Areas in order to meet the requirements of Units/ regions Track hiring trends in the market/region by competition in order to enhance the competitiveness of Infosys as an employer. Technology Enablement: Suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operational effectiveness. Engage in external branding, research and benchmarking, stakeholder management, ensure process compliance within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
