The role involves sourcing technical professionals, conducting technical assessments, and managing large-scale hiring projects . Key Responsibilities: Recruit for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, and Quality Engineering roles . Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals. Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview processes . Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closures of hiring mandates . Stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks . Requirements: 2-4 years of recruitment experience in Engineering & Manufacturing domains. Strong understanding of technical hiring needs and assessment methodologies . Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and industry job portals .
