Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition expert with 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in closing IT requirements, expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to hiring top talent are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Utilize ATS effectively to track applications, manage candidate pipelines, and generate reports. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay updated with IT industry trends and market intelligence to attract top talent. Maintain and improve hiring processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in a high-volume hiring environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities for campus hiring initiatives. Represent the organization at campus events, job fairs, and career expos. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company s career opportunities to students and fresh graduates. Regularly visit campuses to engage with students and faculty, strengthening employer branding. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. Proven ability to close IT requirements efficiently. Hands-on experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Strong sourcing and screening skills, with experience using job boards, social media, and networking. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with hiring managers. Knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and IT job roles.
