Technical and functional roles
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify learning needs through skills gap analysis, performance reviews, and business objectives.• Develop annual learning plans aligned with organizational goals and talent strategies.• Design learning roadmaps for various job roles and career paths• Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training, workshops, and leadership programs).• Curate relevant external learning resources and vendors.• Facilitate training sessions where needed (soft skills, leadership, or functional areas).Experience Required: • Proven experience in Learning and Development, Training, or Talent Management (2-3 years depending on level).• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.• Experience in using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning).• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.• Data-driven approach to measuring learning impact and effectiveness.• Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting dashboards (Excel, Power BI preferred).Roles & Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, logistics, and communication.• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.• Track learning participation, completion rates, and certificationsInterested candidates can share their updated CV to: yashwanth.d@twsol.com or what's app to 6303118715
