Role & responsibilities Need to coordinate with Campus's NGO's and Unpaid Consultant for providing the Students. Need to hire the bpo agents in bulk under given budget. Have to onbaord the candidates in bulk for alloted project. Use various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates. Negotiating and agreeing on hiring plans with your clients Running push-and-pull recruitment processes. Managing interviews, assessments, and shortlist selection Able to handle team and guide them for recruitment needs Preferred candidate profile At least 2-3 years experience in a bpo recruitment positions. Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques Expert knowledge of HR databases and applicant tracking systems Excellent written and oral communication skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Need Immediate Joiner Perks and benefits Flexible work environment 6 days working NOTE - BPO /Bulk Hiring Experience candidates will get preference.
