Job Role and Responsibility

Responsibilities:

Searching for Candidates as per the requirements of the Company.
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines.
Coordinate with Candidates and HR.
Scheduling Interviews and Following-up with candidates.
Sourcing Screening of candidates through Job Portals.
Arranging and conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should be good with communication skills
Candidate with recruitment experience will be an advantage.
