Job Description

Talent Acquisition (70%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (technical and non-technical roles).
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
Handle offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding formalities.

HR Generalist (30%)

Support onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.
Handle employee lifecycle documentation (confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, etc.).
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HRMIS records and employee data accuracy.
