Job Description

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (technical and non-technical roles).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  • Handle offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding formalities.

HR Generalist (30%)

  • Support onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.
  • Handle employee lifecycle documentation (confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, etc.).
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HRMIS records and employee data accuracy.
