Roles and Responsibilities Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Follow up with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates after each stage of the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field. Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
