Roles & Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Conduct background checks and reference verifications. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
