You will be successful in this role if you have: Must have experience in IT Recruitment. Effectively use a variety of sourcing channels to build a candidate pipeline including the direct applicant, referral, and direct sourcing of passive candidates. Work closely on building pipelines for tech and non-tech roles. Understanding the requirements to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within the company. Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. Managing employee onboarding and orientation programs. Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field. 2-3 years of work experience in Recruitment agencies / full time recruiter focusing on IT Recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets, Docs and HRM software. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
