🔹 Talent Sourcing & Mapping Source candidates through portals, job boards, social media, and referrals Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles Conduct proactive talent research and networking 🔹 Recruitment Lifecycle Screen resumes and evaluate applicants based on job requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders Conduct HR screening calls and evaluate fit 🔹 Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Provide hiring updates, dashboards, and closure timelines Ensure alignment with business priorities and urgency 🔹 Candidate Management Maintain strong communication and engagement with candidates Manage offer negotiations and joining formalities Deliver an exceptional candidate experience 🔹 Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports Ensure hiring process adheres to policies, timelines, and compliance standards
