About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team at Contify. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles (with a focus on IT positions), ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and supporting HR operations and onboarding processes.This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while working closely with multiple business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Handle offer rollouts, pre-boarding, onboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in ATS platforms such as Zoho or Keka.
  • Prepare and manage hiring dashboards and reports using Excel.
  • Support HR operations including employee documentation and process compliance.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 0–6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Zoho, Keka, etc.) and proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging approach.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
