A Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent to meet an organization's needs, encompassing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates. Build relationships with passive candidates. Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements of the clients. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. Prepare reports on key recruitment metrics.
