Role Description This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role located in Jaipur. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for hiring, communication, recruiting, employer branding, and recruitment on-site at BlackBuck. The role will involve day-to-day tasks associated with sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to join the company. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team goals. Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
