Job Description

The Field HR will provide HR support to the outlet management team, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with company policies and procedures in a fast-paced sweets and bakery environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to outlet staff on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. 2. Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and making job offers for outlet staff. 3. Employee Communications: Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies to ensure that staff are informed and engaged. 4. Performance Management: Support outlet managers in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and developing performance improvement plans. 5. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and benefits administration.
